You need motorola programmer to read and write if you can use"search" button you will be able to get full information and circuit diagram to build one. The only effort you have to search the forum.

thanks.i domloaded all shemas and softwares fpr motorella programmer.but before buying an interface i would ask if my prorammer can read the mcu .it is a topmax tm a 48 universal programmer eetools. i use it to read and program eeproms with 8 pins and flash with 48 pins. it can ead the mcu with 52 pinswith a special adapter.but i think we have to put the mcu in the socket of the topmaw and for that we should dessold all the pins of the mcu and sold themagain.is there a solution with solding for cables between the mcu on the radio and some apprpriate pins of the socker adapter. thanks

? you dont need buy interfase! only a few resistors, diodes etc to build your own interfase.
You have all of you need: Schema, soft and a lot of decoders viewing your post. So...
Time to read that Motorola!!! Good Luck!

For your topmax, see manual and probably you need to extend only some pins with cable and solder on pcb board (MCU pins). Maybe no special adapter!
