I have this Jaguar part no 2R83-18K876-BC

I have the code but Navigation screen is touch screen type with error that i have try to handle but is proving negative. If i try enter code is malfunctioning due screen problem. I have apply powder to clean surface to remove dirty but case is not that. Is not accepting code due botton on screen when press it respond to wrong botton. I try change code to bottons that work still same. Now i need to remove code to work out. All needed help welcome. This is my dump link

I know the code but screen not good press abnormal.
What i need how to make it work free.
Even without the unit is operate wrong showing is screen fault not unit.
So if unit work free avaliable botton that operates can be manged for FM preset not to enter code.
