Goodmorning to all, i need some help whit a kenwood car stereo, i can't identificate the eeprom needed, i've search around internet and i found only a photo with 2 wire solded on, but i can't understand what it means... Please help me!

hi, excuse my ignorance, how i can read this smd? i've also found on internet a photo of my car stereo, were are soldered 2 wires near the smd eeprom, what do you think about this?

Hi,
Yes, you can attach 2 wires to clock & data if the radio is powered up.
just follow pins 5 & 6 from the eeprom to test pads on the main pcb.

Hi! In most models, Kenwood, the code is in the Tuner ( 24с01 ) Maybe I could be wrong.
