Looking for a part number search engine


I found an eeprom with the part number 8F16A - 8 pin
Looks like serial prom possibly 93 or 24?
Anyone know a search site for masked part numbers?

CARBASE has most of the equivelent eeproms listed...

The unit came out of an Impala 2009
This is a Fujitsu Ten Limited / base cd / (123000-1940001) 5059
Stamped on chip:
3121
8F16A

Has:
NEC
D70F3283YGC
V850ES/SG2
0817K3001

and

PANASONIC
MN662732CDUC
814U4015




The site won't let me upload a pic direct so I'll have to use the rapid share. I'll try and get it there this evening. Don't know what's wrong as I can upload anywhere but here. The pics are way under the requirements and I tried all formats. Wierd.

Look on PCB. If 1-4 pin on GND than i2c, if 5pin GND and 8pin Vcc then microwire. If you have other situation post here

my friend your eeprom is part number 3121. i have seen this i2c eeprom in volvo radios its a remarked 24cxx but i cannot remember its memory size -
i think its a 24c16



edit: just found my notes ----3132 = 24C02
sorry not the chip you have! ignore me .lol.

A 3132 is the same as 24c01 and 24c02 100%
