Member: 865091 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | martec clip is ****. i bouth Martec clip , it is ****! , device list not work. it say RDC510 ,FORD 6000 work , but we did not make it. i sent he mail,support is bad! , he reaply my mail when i send 10 times. and other many problems on clip. calculator not work good .always calculate wrong. so harware is very bad to. button panel damaged in 2 weeks ,he want 15 euro for panel button, I payed 715 USD for clip. martec clip is ****. i never advise it! |

First of all: Martech Clip and expanders are covered by 12 months of warranty. Warranty works on sending hardware to our head office for repair. If something can't be repaired it's exchanged. This is not a set of self-assembly. We think it's normal in real life, and all people know what's warranty and how it works. The main problem is that client don't want to send device to us for repair (from unknown reasons?). He said we must send him new device or refund money. He got device on 5.11.2010. Not two weeks ago as he wrote in post. From his emails only, we know he occured problems with keyboard in Clip and expander. Reply from our side was firstly : > > Hello, > > keyboard is not work on martec clip .buttons not work. > > can i open box? is there any problem? > > regards > > Clip is under warranty, if you will open it then you break the rules. > Of course you can open it if you agree to not have warranty anymore. then we ask to check symptoms, tell us exactly what's not working etc. He was saying he will open it.. so our reply again: "Clip is under warranty, if you will open it then you break the rules. Of course you can open it if you agree to not have warranty anymore." We didn't get any correct reply except "keyboard is not working". Then he wrote : "i open it, flex is not work on ways have problem.need change, send me only flex button by normal post it will cheap for you." Even when he broke warranty, we would like to help him and send him new panel at production cost + delivery cost. but then Fukukum was trying to push on us to send him new front panel instead of repairing it in our office. He was blackmailing our company with words "if you not send me panel,i will open dispute on paypal. your procut is ****! so i will tell all others to you have reaply for other problem? about adapter pcb ? you made **** clip refund my money!!" Once again, from beginng of problem with keyboards our position was to help user but we must have it here. Funny is that user was so happy he was posting on our forum with feedbacks: or He didn't accept our help and started dispute on paypal, and since we all have full copies of emails lets see what Paypal will say about pushing to refund instead of sending for repair. About calculator problems we heard first time, user is too lazy to express what's exactly is the problem with this "calculator". Ford 6000 CD problem, for other users could be interested also, here's what we replied to this user: "the problem is not with with martech clip, the problem is that in your dump from radio there is: Offset 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F 00000000 FF FF 38 43 31 54 2D 31 38 43 38 31 35 2D 41 41 ***729;***729;8C1T-18C815-AA 00000010 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF ***729;***729;***729;***729;***729;***729;***729;* **729;***729;***729;***729;***729;***729;***729;** *729;***729; part number as 8C1T-18C815-AA and in RCD2 we support: 8M5T-18C815-AA Little difference but dumps look different inside, that's why it's not supported." So problem was again, he was trying to do something which is not possible. We think it's enough, all who have CLIP in hands saw it quality, also quality of our warranty and after sales warranty. Member: 493754 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 629 | Well simple thing , some tools are not for some people , I always was wondering why milker-mans, truckers and car mechanics buying this kind of tool's and there is the answer to play a little with it , after they " spoil the tool " ,the crying starts immediately . And always the wishes are on one side and possibilities on another , the answer is in a first lines of his text , this person simply not know for what usage is the tool ,and that it can't be used with hammer same time !!! That's why warranty disclaimer says ,no warranty on physical damage . All other is demanded and explained . Regards |

Member: 865091 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | yes i bouth martech clip 1 month ago , keyped button damaged in 1 month! he said me send me back i repair in warranty. he know how much money is shipping cost for send and for refund .so how many times will take . only me needed a keyped flex button only.so i told him send me by normal cheap post. he want from me 15 euro .! for send 15 euro me need pay 20 euro for trasfer fee to. he not know international trade, good way he sell only his county,or maybe only his city ,or maybe in his town! i make this job since 1989, i bougth this martech device for some importent radios,his device make it only he said. other radios i making alreday, i not use his device often,alreday hard to use,so i saw some calculators was wrong , i say again and again , martech clip is **** |

We offered part at production price 9 euro and delivery at 6 euro with priority signed post (you had asked for that !). Before you were paying by paypal, so since when paypal takes 20 euro for money transfer ? Again lies from your side. We are not giving presents to very rude and arrogant man, you were blackmailing us and we will spend more time on you. One thing is certain, you achieved the goal and did a total idiot of yourself. Warranty rules are known from beginning, as all companies we will not allow users to open our device before warranty is over. Common rules of nowadays, if you can't accept it then don't buy any other device than from your local street because you will occure similar problems. We have clients from almost every country in world, if our support would be bad then we will not exist for over 10 years. OFF. |
