Opel Movano radio code BP9197 counter reset


Good morning. I have a problem with Movano radio 28 115 6842R E075 7 649 197 391 815 BP9197 A 3510316 R2 v2 LCV-X62 / X83 - on the LCD the inscription "radio gespert" - memory 95256.
Memory, radio and motherboard photos in the attachment.
I can not add on the page, also are in the link

I need to remove the error counter reset and calculate the code.

The radio was on the car for several hours on the road (Poland to Germany) and all the time on the display "radio gespert"
