Hello everybody! when my bat. goes to hell and i buy a new my car audio want code and i haven t got the manual or the box from it.....anybody help me? need code for sony CDX-M600R...

yes you are right but i dont understand how i can unlock my radio? any help? i am without music an i think that i will crazy!

is this the solution?

1) DISC+ SOURCE LIST OPEN/CLOSE
2) OFF SOURCE ATT OPEN/CLOSE
3) MODE PTY/DSPL SOUND OPEN/CLOSE
4) SOUND MODE ATT OPEN/CLOSE
5) MENU ENTER MODE OPEN/CLOSE
6) SEEK- SEEK+ MODE OPEN/CLOSE
7) OFF PTY/DSPL MODE OPEN/CLOSE

Right here it is in the possible simple way to explain!!

You will start with message across main display saying CODE IN (yes??)

Firstly, pull head unit out and have a look underneath!!
You will see a little port/window with 3 contact points!!

Get some wire or electrical probes to bridge 1st and 3rd points!!

Whilst bridging, use remote control and enter in sequence:
MENU
ENTER
MODE
OPEN/CLOSE

The CODE IN should have now gone and the clock should read 1:00 (yes??)
You should have now unlocked the unit!!!!!

If you now open face and insert cd to play, you may get a message to PUSH RESET
(Push the eject button to reset the open/close face of unit)

AFTER HOURS OF DECIPHERING EVERYONE ELSES POSTS IN THIS THREAD.........THIS WORKED FOR ME!!

HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU AND YOU DON'T HAVE THE SAME PAIN I WENT THROUGH!!!
