please what is component inside red square?

my friend have do an error connecting radio to pc atx , so now radio work but dissipator after 10-20 seconds it's very hot

i have tasted condensator near it (dont is on photo) and it's ok

First extract all speakers connector, and test ...

If it is ok check speaker connections.

If the same is heated, replace the IC amplifier NF .

i have found the "problem"...under dissipator there is this chip:
TOSHIBA TA 8275HQ
it is burned

That is your problem.
It is a 4 channel audio amplifier IC.
