Red face Nissan Clarion PN-2715N optical pickup lights up

My first post - Welcome all users!

Guys, I need to help! I have a problem with the original changer Nissan Clarion PN-2715N [CD6k-1400E]. When I put the newly recorded disc system threw me the message "DISK READ ERROR". I thought that the problem lies in the dirty laser lens - the car is from 2008. After demolition and careful cleaning of the lens clean with isopropanol and reassembly I noticed that the drive I boot from the disc, lens flashes but does not illuminate (no beam of light)... I stripped again checked the tape drive, I cleaned, I made - no effect....

I thought it was a laser ... this is the SONY KSS-660 / KSS-662, both look the same ... today after a month when the package arrived with a new laser switched it ... the effect is the same .... help!

You better be careful as laser can damage your eyes normally laser beam can not be seen with your eyes and is very dangerous to look in to it.
I would suggest if you don't know what you are going take it to some who knows.

As a IT engineer I know about threat sight its long-term observation of laser light.

Lasers depending on the type and model reflect the color (red / green, blueray: blue / purple), whereas in my case the lack of any color. Unfortunately, in my town no one involved in repairing cd-changers. Authorized service Nissan calls a cosmic price. Im looking everywhere for suggestions and solutions, because they problem are serial defects (recurring).

PS. I have a desire to repair with tools (multimeter, stations solder etc), but I miss the manual and guidelines. I bought 2 new lasers (on web ali...) and both did not have solder antistatic protection point.

I am not going to argue with you friend what I wanted to say I have said it and I know you want to use multimeter and soldering station as you are IT engineer you should not have any problems as you will know the health and safety so I can not say more.

IT engineer and electronics are 2 separate competitions. Please about help or manual, not instruction.

@ Kaczus
Laser lenses are coated ~ Isoprop will certainly destroy the coating.
I would be checking the servo board ~ driver ic +/- voltage LD on
If you find the driver - you should be able to obtain pinouts from the net / manufacturers device.

I hope this helps Billy
