I think your dump is not good

if you want you can try your dump with new code (don't know if it wil work)

code and pass in pm

Chip back in the radio so now need either code from serial or code from the posted dump, thanks tho.

Not possible to write to chip so need other decode method

Did you unsolder the 24c01smd?
or replace the eeprom.

Unsolder and read then put chip back and now customer has radio
