Pioneer Avic-F860BT

This model I have not seen before today. Once powered up on my bench it displays the Pioneer logo and beneath it is the word .. " loading ".
It would not eject the Nav cd so I had to eject it by applying low volt to the load / eject motor . It then loaded the disk but still loading on screen.
I could really do with some assist please.... thank you
