hi I have a renault megane and the stereo is asking for the code,

its model number is 22DC259/62T
serial number is rn259f13588751
prod number is fd0501473588751

please help as have contacted renault and they want me to take in 2 forms of ID and the logbook and charge me £12 to get the code.
