First update your profile with country and city and then read the eeprom s220 (93c56) and post your dump.

This fellow not sure is familar with dump, i think if the location is real WORKSHOP is best solution.

Where's your dump?
If it's failed to upload, use an external file server to upload your dump... eg megaupload /rapidshare
