See if you had just given the code for the radio in a PM, then maybe fellow member wouldn't have needed to resort to a 'code off' solution in order to quickly serve a customer's needs....
Just a thought... all be it, if we want to consider the world wider implications of "code off' solutions

After all the code is encrypted.....

I do not think so, though the idea is to teach yourself and not waiting for granted as most "decoders".
