probleme in BENZ COMAND APS DVD MP3 be6061 - GSM-Forum

hi all

i have probleme in radio cd nav mercedes be6061 whene press on button
show logo of mercedes and nothing work still show the logo all time
i check all connection in car ampli sound,nav systeme,fuse all is good
i think probleme in unit i open it and verify all voltage 5v 3.3v all ok
any one have the same probleme any idea to fix this probleme

had this problem after the installation from the structure Does the navi?
reload by doing fis module test?
flash file may be corrupted?
my idea

yesterday i test unit and it work perfectly *i do nothing to fix it*
today don't work again he show logo mercedes all time with no sound and nothing work
so the unit is good?or what?
any suggestion freinds
