I asked the code for my Ford Mondeo 97 but forgot to give the model.
Here it goes again: Model 5000 RDS and serial number

Go to your Ford dealer and get the code from serial - I got it without charge

We decode units with hands and mind, not via dealer.

It is simplest way if you want code from serial without any aditional job - soldering, chip reading....
