sorry but no serial decoding, is against forium rules.
but if you can post dump for your unit, you can get it.

you can easily build a programmer for this type of radio for little money (£5 or less)
any basic I2C programmer will do it.
but i advise ponyprog software/hardware .google search it.

but you are getting too much help for someone with incomplete profile
