Request for a Blaupunkt radio code - GSM-Forum

The battery died in my Z3 and of course the radio is now asking for a code. I went to the BMW dealer and they gave me a code that didn't work. So now I'm requesting that someone might have the right code.

Type" Blaupunkt Business CD/Radio
Serial number: Y9621639

Please assist and thanks!

...that's the serial number that displays after holding the mem button down for 10 seconds. I'll pull the unit and see if there's any additional info stamped on the case. Thanks...

Thanks for responding to my situation. The code range can only be from 1 to 6 (radio preset buttons), so entering out of this range isn't possible. Could there be a trick for this?

Your Radio have a 4 digit Code !
Try 1534

This radio needs a 5 digit code. With only 6 radio preset buttons, the code can't contain a 0, 7, 8 or 9.

Hopefully, someone knows how to get this 5 digit code...
