I hate having to ask for help, normally do fine on my own, but this one as doing my head in, It mad even be a damaged dump and the first half is empty. Will hopfully have my Martech key in the next few days so i'll be able to help more.

Have included both Hex and bin of 24c04 in RAR

Well couldn't get the attachment to attach, always failed for some reason, so have stuck them online here
