I have a used Prius and It wont run but I found two small coaxial cables hanging down. One marked GSM and one marked GPS so where do the hock up

Oh ya it was a taxi

You'll also find a hole marked RADIO, insert a radio there

It has a working radio

It seems that they added more lines for location tracking device
But I still have car that does not seem to run at all. All I get is a dash lighting up relays making noise and a red triangle with a ! in the middle. Then nothing.

Well this is a Car radio forum, suggest you look at a forum more suited to the problem you have.
