Please can you help me with a code number to unlock my car radio number 5000 rds eon m which is a second hand car and radio without a code. I am so decepurate of it and I can't use my radio.

car radio 5000rds eon locked at 13 and I managed to get code but when I put it on shows locked 13.I tried to press all buttons no response. Iam sorry to bother you so much. I am asking if you can help please.I bought this car without a radio code and told its written inside and tried all numbers written on it until I come to lock 13. I found the code but can't respond. its serial number is M142042/98ap18k876bb

It's locked....

You'll need to buy a tool to unlock it..
Lock13 means you've tried a wrong code 13 times..

If you take a picture of the top, we'll be able to point you in the right direction as to where to buy one from..

Now you need special tools for it i hope not code you got end it up lock 13. Ford car radio do not accept probability. Still if you are not a decoder meet nearest garage in your country to assist then pay them for now is a big show. More wrong effort can lead you do more damage or end up buying new car radio.

i have just bought a ford focus 2002, which came with the radio/cassette player 5000 rds eon. this radio can play cassette and AM waveband, but it cant play FM. can someone help pls!

i know i might sound stupid, but i cant get the radio device out of its place. i mean, i thought the same, but how to check the antenna connection. plz bear with my ignorance..

if you have a AM band working good, your problem is not the Antenna connection.
this must be a defective tuner, so you have to take off your radio to
do some service (maybe exchange the tuner part).

Disconect antennas in radio and conect another antenna to test.

If still does not work, open the radio and search Error in FM tuner, if you're service.
