Hi, i have taken the battery off my Vauxhall Vectra and now i need a code for the cd player

Would be very greafull if anyone could help, Dont fancy paying £25 at Vauxhall

The CD Player details are below: (Dont no what is needed so il put everything:

CDR500 RDS
GM150010225697
No. 09136107
TYPE: CDR500 (E)
2F4

He means you have to read the 24c16 chip inside the radio this is were the code is stored with a chip programmer.
