VDO CDR500 not responding

I removed the 24c16smd and decoded it... went back into car and entered code.. 10 minutes later the radio is dead..

So far I've resoldered the chip and checked fuse and power..
The board under the chip has a slight bulge..

Any suggestions..

What can I say,
radio in your hands...

From desolder again, check the eeprom, checking voltages, check the pins on the processor, are closer to the eeprom ... maybe desolder ...

here:
I'll kill myself...
And because you have to remove it ?
It could have been onboard.

No problem, drill a small drill, and short-circuit with wire !
It is a double-side, no 5 floors ?

It's very strange but there is continuity between the point and the lower board.. can't work it out..

(These points have continuity between them, even tho they are lifted)

I have such case before but i solve it by replacing chip with new one write the original bin into new chip. If this eeprom leg break inside it might look well and ok but can not allow stay current so radio can not power. For circuit if you have super glue use it to make it fixed to pcb because it seems 5 and 6 not ok.
