vovlo hu-650 CC+CD sound problem [Solved]

Hi,

i have volvo radio HU-650 (I dont know if originally it is coded or not )

Radio works at my without a code.

but I have a problem with the sound

cd - sound OK
tuner AM - sound OK
tuner FM - no sound

The tuner FM finds and displays radio stations.

I read that this may be a problem with the circuit SAA7XXX

I wanted to try change the radio eeprom bin.

Has someone available .bin for this radio?

Has some experience with this radio or ideas?

eeprom bin = 0

defective capacitor at the input to the processor
