I have a couple of this model radio and both have the same complaint. Each is model 3T0 035 680E. When powered on I get the Logo followed by screen requesting the code … then it powers off and will not come back on unless I disconnect power for 5 - 10 mins and turn it on again. Neither will stay on long enough for me to attempt a software upgrade. I would be very grateful if someone could give advice as to where the fault may be . Thank you
