Hello.The radio was for decoding. After reading the 95128 memory and soldering and back the radio refused to turn on.
I also read the processor. I do not know where I was wrong.

Did you alter the eeprom dump after reading?

Then just clean eeprom contacts and try again
Also look for any moved components, resistors & capacitors etc..
