What is the point of this forum if you wont allow anyone to give it to him?

I am a frequent GSM user and contributor (in other areas) and feel this is a contradiction of what purpose of what this site is all about.

Maybe I have misunderstood this site and what it is all about! If so, can you please enlighten me as to its rules and uses.
As if you wont allow any software exchanges, I cant see why anyone would use this forum, as it would serve of no use to anyone.

I have searched the dumps from front to back and can't find the code i'm after. it will take months to post 200.
i might not have the car by then so can anyone help.
its a ford fd 6000 rds
i have the serial no. but dont want banned so i will wait and see if there is any help first
