can some plz help me hw to reset wallet code of nokia 6600?

Only by flashing and resetting to factory default. Thereafret give any password of your choice and reconfirm it. Thats all.

i formatted my 6600,,,and resetted to company setting,,but unable to open,,,can u tell me original wallet code

Formatting does not serve any purposes. So you have to Flash it as said. Further theres no original Wallet Code. It is user defined one of Alpha or Numeric entry.
