| As on now, there are already 4 3rd party IMEI rebuilders in the market that can use original RPL files, so you dont actually need pheonix and all those $$ equipments. All you need is good source for RPL files. Take note that RPL files for WD2 phones cannot be used for DCT4 phones, you should know which is which. Best Regards X-Shadow |
