i take backup of nokia 5800 by pc suiet.(the mobile version was 30.0011 when i take backup)
then i update it to 60.0.3.
after it i try to restore backup by pcsuiet
but this time it support ovi suiet due to update to 60.0.3
now i'm confuse that how to restore contects.
anyone have idea how to convert pcsuiet backup file to ovi suiet
by that i restore contects to phone ?

what error shows when u connect ur phone with nokia pc suite now..????

connect your mobile via pc suite and go to backup button where u see the restore button 0r just doubble clack you backpupd file which u hv ,ur problem will b solve

take another nokia brand and restore contact from pc suite to that mobile install microsoft outlook 2010 in your computer sync contact with that handset it will come in outlook now connect your nokia 5800 in ovi in that select outlook sync and sync your nokia 5800 it will be ok

no need connect pc again when your data has been transfered to old ver 5800 just use phone switch option in handset and transfer data via bluetooth in both handsets .
