Copying preinstalled apps to other phones? - GSM-Forum

I've been wondering about this for just so long now. There must be a way to do it, but I haven't come across it yet, so I'm encouraging other people to look into it.

There must be a way we can get the preinstalled apps from one phone, and get them to run in another (compatible) phone.

Take for example, the 'rotate' application, available in the E60 and other phones, which isn't available, for instance, in the N73, in spite of the OS's UI rotation function being used by the gallery and camera apps.
Another could be the N73ME music player, which isn't available in the regular N73, but many people refuse (me included) to install the ME firmware just to get a better player.

Has anyone got a clue on how we could locate the involved files in the phone?

well i think its the FE explorer well i may be right or wrong but u can try with it

ssssssss uker,im also in need of solution for ths......big bull, u wrong. v cant do as such by using fe explorer.The N73ME music player, which isn't available in the regular N73, i want to install the ME firmware just to get a better player.anyone have idea abt ths..

can share here... waitng for d solution
