Copying software from one MMC to another Hi guys I have a NOKIA 6630 with a 64mb MMC full of software and games. I bought another MMC of 512MB and I have copied the folders from the old one to the new one (using the windows explorer on the PC). After putting it in the phone, I could not found the shortcuts for my games and software. The only thing I can access is the pictures gallery. What do I need to do in order to make the content of the 512mb MMC identical to the 64mb one? Thanks ZZidane Last edited by krihoum; 10-23-2005 at 00:01.

Can anyone help me with this please? I am sure many of you have backed up their MMC when they purchased a new one. I just want to know what's the best and right way to do so? Thanks

thanks for the reply I did all that but without MMC medic. I guess that's\ the problem then. Please tell me where I can find this software ? and is it a phone software or a PC one? If it's a pc one then do I need to have a card reader in order to use it? I appreciate that Karim

Well I don't know what do I need to do more. I have followed the advice given to me: tried the backup procedure from Nokia suite and also copying the content of all folders from the old MMC (making sure to show hidden files and folders) and still I couldn't retrieve the shortcuts for all my games and applications. I guess I only have to re-install the applications one by one :-( Oh well! Thanks anyway Karim
