Every time l nokia 6021 to the computer the message shows
"one of the devices attached to this computer has mulfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.For assitance in solving this problem,click this massege."l have tried with other phones but still getting same massege.Are these proper cables and when l try on a different computer same problem is happening.

hai, try to install usb2 driver & restart
