Okay, here goes:
READ the readme first and try to understand the "UID" thing...
1. Open MakeSIS, use HEAVY mode
2. Click "Take from a file" , copy the UID, Exit MakeSIS
3. Open MakeSIS again and paste the UID and start the packing process
4. Done.
OR
1. Note down the app UID for similar app (u can also get UID from any app that you don't intend not use later --> necessary to avoid conflict or wrong uninstall/replacement of file when you try to install the newly packed SIS!)
2. Type in the UID in the UID box (under HEAVY mode)
3. Start the packing process

Note: The "Take from a file" sometimes doesn't work if you execute this process and proceed with the packing process at any one instance. So, use the above 2 methods.

Click to Heavy and there is ''Take from a file''. Click it. Choose a .Sis file. Now you got UID code.
