need help installing app and games??

can any1 tel me where to find the 'systems folder' in the mmc card...

i wanted to install a *.app to my nokia 7610 but i was told i had to install it in 'systems folder' in the mmc card..

is there an easier way of installing apps or games to my fone..

im a beginner at this so please help

*.app files are not a installation files, they are posted as a crack all u have to do is to replace the *.app installed when u install a game/application.. with the one joined to the file that u download..
to know in a better way all the driver and the folder on your phone u need a file explorer as the one that I uploade here, try it it's easy to use

the problem wif me here is i dont know where to send the folder and how to send the folder to the phone/mmc card..
