hi mate, i don't really think so as it is up to the service/network provider in your country...

Darin is right! Only Network provider can give you this kind of information.

for landlines there is CLi.....but they also have code like....

*XX#....which usually works...XX being the specified code.

As everyone above has mentioned, country and service provider specific.

No there isn't! Only if operator support this function for your mobile number, just use #31#xxxxxxxxx SEND
