Had this problem (with Talks S60) and removed all files from C:\System\Bootdata, although I'm not sure all of them need to be removed. Restart, phone will behave as it boots for the first time. Hope it works for you.

Yes, this problem also when I was removing the Talks S60.
Therefore, according to your instruction, I removed all files from C:\System\Bootdata, and now it is o.k. Thanks a lot.
But, now the phone is not asking the pin code when I restart even I put the pin code option "ON". Please also help in this respect.

Thanks, now it is ok. But the another problem came asking "REquired License Manager" when I try to open some existing program in my phone. From where I will get the License Manager. Might be by mistake I deleted

whoops, now u deleted ur licenses,

only solution - format it!

for formatting use code in standby mode i.e. when on desktop.
dial *#7370#
it'll ask for the same code.
then it's done.

keep ur battery full as it takes some time to format it.

after formating u'll loose messages, contacts, & all profile settings and ur mms & gprs settings if u activated them after u bought ur phone.
