My opinion is: forget about the 6.75 maps! I prefer working with the 6.60 version. In my case, Scandinavia, the 6.75 map has less detail. For instance, TomTom says that in 6.75 there are no house numbers available for a few streets in my neighborhood. But in 6.60 they are. And there are a few other differences as well which can really p*ss you off.
By the way, 6.60 is Navteq and 6.75 is TeleAtlas.

there are 6.75 versions of teleatlas and of navteq.
the 1409 is TeleAtlas, the 1322 is Navteq
