Why Camcoder Pro works only at 7.5 fps?

Guys, I have installed Philips Camcoder Pro v 1.0.2, using it.. but at the settings menu there is an option that fps could be chosen as 5, 7.5, 10, 15 fps.. But only options I can choose is 5 and 7.5 !?? I am using a 7610, could anyone tell me why camcoder does not allow me to record at a faster fps?

get an explorer such as FExplorer etc..
install camcoder
copy the app file in the zip to the e:\application\camcoder (or whereever the original one is)
start program
shoot video..
turn lens thru the things you want to shoot
enjoy

I'm facing the same problem. It wont work at 10 fps/15fps. At these settings fone becomes very slow and doesn't respond. will try at 7.5 fps
