Use the reg file in folder

1º extract all files to a folder
2º execute reg file and accept the changing he asks for
3º unlock your phone

till now i dont find any sw work in usb whit tm150 att.maybe only work whit gx30

this is very old soft,but none has confirm that is works for all models.

No,you can't unlock this model with USB cable,it needs com cable with external power suply(3V).
