to all ho have this error "Download Error 0x04" there is the solution
simply plug batterie to phone and open the GX17 flasher and chose flash file and then plug cable nec e616 (n8 modified) and before that the phone write in lcd "start ng" presse flash and the phone will be flashed succecefull
for any one that have start ng after traying to unlock with free soft simply flash the diag flash ...that is attached there is no need to flash all phone !
or ho wana to unlock phone and no have start ng simply flash the gx17 with this diag !!!!
pliz test and post result

you flash with Cable e616 and battry in the phone :|

mate about Download Error 0x04 just its very simple Press Flash before the phone show you Start NG don't need to use battrey

COZ : very Simple Sharp Phone can be only when be OFF

p.c ..must "DIAG" >> Choice >> diag.mot wen it gives error dan disconnect the phone n connect again dan press "Start Loading Flash"..
