i can't understand why this guy (lion) trying in every section to give link with -PC to mobile- software.
admins has banned him allready with 3 or 4 diferent names and he still doing this.

i don't delete this thread because i think maybe it can help some members,but don't start tha same game,we are watching you.

I have tested the "new" backup program with following firmware:
A02-002-0156-GX10
A02-002-0235-GX10
A11-002-0284-GX10M

Please, how can do that with GX10N, GX10D, GX10i, GX13

Please also post the firmware-version.

Hi, i have a problem using the Software, I've build a Datacable with the Schematics from this page and "normal" Communication works, but soon as i switch with AT+XBAK to "UserDataBackup", i do not receive anything anymore:

AT
OK
AT+XBAK This
ERROR
AT+XBAK
OK

ENTERED

And after the "ENTERED" nothing happens anymore. With the Program from above i get always a "Timeout Error"?

What data cable have you got ?
COM or USB ?

ok, its a "com"-cable, i built it by myself (the schematics from Freax):

com,5 -> gnd
com,2 -> max232,7
com,3 -> max232,8
com,7 -> max232,13
com,8 -> max232,14

power from an trafo over 7805

VCC -> phone,5
max232,9 -> phone,6
max232,10 -> phone,7
max232,11 -> phone,10
max232,12 -> phone,2

phone,7 10 over 10k to vcc

gnd -> phone,1 3 and 14

(also the buyed usb-cable does not work, soon as the phone enters Backupmode, the program's don't receive anything anymore)

I have the same problem.
Always "Timeout error".
I`m using com cable.
Phone connected is GX10D.

the best soft for backup is SPST.it works with out any problem but in this case you can't see the data(photos,messages etc) on PC.
