GX10 link to PC not working via USB
 

I've got a GX10, which I'm using a USB cable as advised by Vodafone to link to my PC. The cable is installed linked to the Serial Bridge (Comm Port)

I want up and download photos and etc.

The phone will not connect via any of the Sharp GX10/20 programs. My son who has a GX10i can connect using the GX20 software, but not mine.

Is there any point in doing a Flash of a later firmware or any other tips of how to connect.
