gx10 unlock prob. - GSM-Forum

i have gx 10 ..when i try to connect with any s.w. to unlock it powers off..
no communication with any s.w. i have check the connector every thing is ok.
is there any latest firmare that has prob with unlocking..
i have also try to flash it but still not connected.

phone is power on.. i have unlocked many but this is the particular case..
its gx10 (e)..
as soon as the s.w. says enter test mode.. it went off...and s.w. says some wrong check cable.etc.

i have already use this s.w. and all other s.w. like unlocking s.w. and spunlock s.w. all cannt unlock that particular mobile set...

mean i have unlocked many with that s.w. and my cable.. the s.w. and my cable is ok.
but the set i have now not getting unlocked...it reset when the s.w. try to put it into test mode. Either its the latest ver that the s.w. is not support or some thing else is wrong..
