GX15 flash ok,fusee changed and ic rehoted but doesn't power on:so any solution,please?

make a jumper to the both sides of fuse

I have done Mr.shan849 but the problem stills the same.AT the moment I flash the handset:it shows "flash version 4.50.. upload..but when finished and try to power it on it doesn't.So why ?where is the problem?
