GX25 error while flashing File System.. - GSM-Forum

hi mates.

got a GX25 that was dead. tried to flash it. The Program part is flashed ok but when trying to flash the File System it stops at 160000 producing an error.

Opening it up the BGAs are practically all glued up with little chance to reflow them.

is there any othe way i could approach this problem pls?

if you are using the right flasher and flash files then you have flash ic fault and you have to change it.
