HI,,, HOW DO I GET AN ENVELOPE WITH A W BELOW IT OFF MY GX 10i SCREEN I KNOW IT IS A MESSAGE ,BUT I CANT REMOVE IT OR RETREVE IT ...

It's a WAP Messsage, you have to open your WAP Browser and read the message.

go to MMS message folder

not SMS folder

you will find it there.

@ crux: that's wrong, he has to open the WAP browser and open messages (key 8) from there.
