on sharp phone this can be done only in GX10/GX10i and GX15(old versions) without software.

The correct procedure is this:
-press at the same time buttons 0-3-soft key2 and power
-after 5 seconds need leave the keys and digit 3-6-6-5-soft key2 and 3

What do you call the 'soft key' and key2 etc??

Doe's this apply to the GX10 series or the later models.

"soft key2" is the button up the power on key.
For GX-10 , Gx-10i is another procedure similar to the GX-20.

test mode GX-10 :

-press at the same time buttons 0-3-soft key2 and power
-when lcd is on, press immediately 0-1-2-3-soft key2 and 3

test mode GX-10i :

-press at the same time buttons 0-3-soft key2 and power
-when lcd is on, leave the keys and after 3 seconds digit 0-1-2-3-soft key2
and 3
