GX10i - Phonebook - GSM-Forum

Just got myself a GX10-i which is great, however I'm having a small problem with the phonebook.

I copyed all my numbers to the SIM Card on my old phone and inserted the SIM Card into the GX10-i, however when I access the phonebook it says it is empty.....

I check the memory status and they SIM card has the correct amount of numers stored.... Any ideas?

any answer to this as Ive come accross a gx10 with the same problem.

OK, so it's several years late, but moght help someone... I had the same problem with a 2nd hand GX10i.
Go into the phonebook and select settings>show groups. Make sure all the groups have a tick in the box, and when you go back to the phonebook, all your numbers should appear.
How simple was that?? Took me about a week to find it...
