Need to unlock GX25 - GSM-Forum

AOA,

I have a Sharp GX25 which was on Vodafone contract, but my needs require me to insert a new sim, therefore i need it unlocked. I have done a thorough search of these great forum threads for the last 2 hours or so, as i wasnt keen on registering but i still havent been able to find direct and clear information on how to unlock the GX25. Many of the external links now give errors and some of the rapidshare files have now expired for what could have been potential sources of useful information.

If anyone can help i would appreciate simple jargon as i am not technically minded, and havent heard of ''furious'' or ''flashing'' or ''cracking'' whatever these often used expressions mean.

I am grateful for any help or advice as the last thing i want to do is pay Vodafone for the code, as they have not been too kind with me during my contract.

Unlock your phone by an unlock kit, box or SIM card. Connect your phone to your computer using a cable or box and then unlock it using special software and step-by-step instructions.
